Itinerary
Thursday - Team Check-In and Open Ceremonies will be hosted at Lake Winnepesaukah Amusment Park, 1730 Lakeview Drive  • Rossville, GA 30741 • (706) 866-5681

9:00am - Team Check-IN @ Box 1 and 2 at ticket stand. 
Each player receives a buy 1 ticket get 1 free to enjoy the park. The ticket includes the amusment park and the water park. Parking is free.  http://www.lakewinnie.com/

12:00 Catered lunch under the pavilion is $4.00 per person. Includes hotdog, chips, drink, and ice cream. Enjoy the park with your team and family the rest of the day.

Friday - Camp Jordan Park
9:00am Team Check-In,
Skills Games begin at 10:00am
10:00am Homerun Derby
--4 players from each team can participate. Each participant gets 5 pitches, furthest hit counts

11:00am Mother Daughter Relay
--2 player participants and 2 moms from the team (doesnt have to be mother of the player running). Players start on 1st and 3rd, moms start on home and 2nd. Runner must pass the ball to the next player and next runner must have control of ball before running to the next base. 

11:30am Around the Horn
--Team who completes the quickest. Pitcher --> Catcher --> 2nd baseman covering 2nd --> 3rd --> 1st --> Shortstop covering 2nd --> Catcher. Each team gets two tries. Best time counts

Friday-Sunday - Camp Jordan Park
Pool games will begin at 2:00 Friday and bracket games will begin 3:00 Saturday. Championship game will begin 3:00pm Sunday.

Tournament Format: Three Pool, Double Elimination. Brackets will be seeded based on results from pool games. 

Check-In Booklet:  Each team must present a booklet that includes:

• Official USGF roster fully completed with all signatures.
• Birth Certificates
• Photo Id of each player attached to her birth certificate.
• Proof of team insurance 
• Books must be collected by a member of the coaching staff from each team, before they leave the tournament. The books not pickuped up can to mailed at the expense of the team. All books left behind will be distroyed after 30 days. 

Balls: All official tournament balls will be supplied. 

Coaches Pass: Each team will receive four coaches passes. 

Players Pass: All players will receive a souvenir pass.

Spectator Pass: All kids 12U will not need a pass. Everyone else needs a pass. Week Pass $20  Day Pass $10
